The employee culture and the clients’ satisfaction are daily goals that she enjoys meeting head on. “Customer service is a dying art. Employee retention is not easy. If we don’t get up everyday and find new ways to build satisfying experiences for both the employee and the client, why run a business? This is a privilege, not a job. I am honored to get to do this each and every day with an awesome team and an awesome client base."
