Flooded Basement in Columbus, OH After Sewage Backup

This basement in Columbus, OH flooded after a sewage backup. Our customer originally called another company to come fix the plumbing and do the clean up. After having a bad experience with the other company, they called us in to do the clean up. We arrived onsite immediately and got their mess taken care of. We had everything cleaned up that day and dried up within 3 days. We use special tools and equipment to do bio- hazardous clean up and drying. Our customer was so impressed with us they even went out of their way to recommend a friend to us.
