Sump Pump Failure in Marysville, Ohio During Rain Storm

This customer had their sump pump fail after a rain storm that left a lot of standing water on the ground. The customer did not go down to their basement often and had the water sitting for a couple of days and noticed an odor. The customer immediately got their sump pump fixed and called SERVPRO to come out to get the mess cleaned up and dried. We came out and helped the customer get everything dried and taken care. We even helped the customer with their insurance company throughout the process to assure that everything was documented and everyone was notified. The customers were very happy with the finished project.
