Carpet Extraction and Cleaning After Storm Flooded Basement

SERVPRO of Delaware, Ohio arrived on site to evaluate loss in a finished basement due to a sump pump back up after weeks of storms in the area. Upon arriving we found that a lot of the carpet had been ruined and was still drenched from water. We extracted all the water and got the area dry for the customer. This finished basement also had to have the baseboards removed carefully to have some of the drywall removed from the water getting too high. The customers were very pleased how quickly we arrived, got everything cleaned and removed, and finished the job.
